The apartment with a brick wall was designed for a woman who wanted a weekend interior with the atmosphere of an American loft. We applied the loft character to a standard developer layout and created a space that feels industrial yet relaxed. Suitable for both weekend stays and everyday living.

Entrance hall with exterior view
The entrance area includes a full-height mirror with integrated bathroom doors and a built-in wardrobe extending into the bedroom. Glass doors in black metal frames visually connect the zones.
Balanced material palette
Walls in earthy tones balance the colder expression of the metal elements. Connected to the façade, the brick cladding becomes a distinct interior feature and softens the boundary between inside and outside.
Kitchen with an unexpected view
The kitchen consists of two blocks. The lower part is for cooking and feels more like a sideboard than a kitchen. The taller block contains storage with a sink and a mirrored backsplash reflecting light from outside.
Living room with a brick wall
The living area consists of a light sofa, an armchair and a steel shelving unit with a metal pendant light. The brick wall extending from the exterior to the interior emphasizes the industrial atmosphere.
Evening atmosphere
The industrial interior stands out in the evening, when the space is dim and courtyard light shapes the atmosphere. During events, exterior activity enters the interior and enhances its relaxed character.
Bedroom with integrated desk
The bedroom was designed as a calm contrast to the industrial living area. The bed, bedside tables and workspace are integrated into the wardrobe system from the entrance. Glass doors keep the space compact.
Loggia like a theatre
We designed comfortable seating for the spacious loggia, turning it into a theatre-like loggia during courtyard events. An outdoor rug softens the cool look of the paving and makes barefoot use more pleasant.
Bathroom with toilet
The bathroom includes a sink, shower, toilet and a cabinet with a washing machine. Brick-toned tiles continue the colour palette of the house. The shower is complemented by a seating step and a textured glass screen.
