The apartment was designed for a young family. It features an open layout with views to three sides. The original space was reorganized, equipped with new technologies and adapted to the owners’ needs. Natural materials and expressive design with a touch of luxury create a pleasant atmosphere.

Entry hall
The entrance hall is a functional space connecting all zones of the apartment. It links the living and private areas. Coat hooks, shoe cabinets, wardrobes, a mirror and exposed media players complete the space.
Monochrome marble kitchen
The kitchen is formed by a marble island surrounded by tall black-and-white cabinets integrating appliances and water filtration technology. The composition is completed by a wine fridge facing the dining area.
We recently completed the renovation of our apartment with RULES and we are thrilled with the result.
The team exceeded all our expectations and completely transformed our home into a stylish and functional space.

We especially appreciate all the technology they integrated into the apartment. We now have a thoughtfully designed kitchen with built-in modern appliances that make cooking a real pleasure.
All systems work smoothly and quietly, which is especially important for maintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphere at home.
The team also paid attention to every detail related to comfort and safety — smart lighting and climate control systems make the apartment exceptionally comfortable to live in.
We truly value their approach to natural materials and color palettes, which create a feeling of warmth and harmony throughout the interior.
Throughout the entire renovation process, the team stayed in close contact, answered all our questions and regularly updated us on the progress of the work.
We always felt that they genuinely listened to our wishes while also guiding us toward the best possible solutions.
Now we have the apartment we always dreamed of — spacious, bright, modern and at the same time incredibly cozy.

Dining space with the comfort of a lounge
The central element of the dining area is a large solid-wood table for six people. Soft armchairs enhance the comfort of dining and naturally connect the space to the living area, making shared meals more pleasant.
Interior lighting
The dining area is lit by spotlights integrated into a track and a central glass chandelier acting as a sculptural piece. The illuminated wine fridge also works as a lighting element and shapes the atmosphere of dining.
Naturally illuminated living area
The living area is defined by a large sofa, armchairs and a stone table placed on a soft rug. The generous scale of the elements strengthens their presence. A deep-pile rug enhances the comfort of seating.
Terraces with indoor comfort
Both terraces were designed to provide the comfort of an interior. Besides comfortable seating and integrated sound, they also include infrared heaters for warmth and a mist system for cooling.0
Connection of the entrance and master zone
The entrance and master zone are separated by full-height pivot doors that disappear when open. The connection between both zones is emphasized by cabinetry extending from the corridor into the bedroom.
Hotel-like master bedroom
The master zone was designed in the style of a hotel suite. It includes a bedroom and a bathroom area with a separate toilet. Speakers, storage and bedside lighting are integrated into the headboard.
Wet zone with shower and bathtub
The bedroom leads into a dressing area with a sink, connected to a separate toilet and a bathing area with shower and bathtub. The focal point is a designer double sink surrounded by custom storage.
Separate toilet behind magnetic doors
For greater privacy, the toilet is placed in a separate room behind electric doors. A gentle pull is enough for them to close silently on their own. Without electricity, they work as classic sliding doors.
Jungle-inspired children’s room
Despite its playful character, the children’s room feels timeless. The design avoids overly childlike elements and instead creates a naturally warm and comfortable space for both the child and the parents.
The room is designed from flexible elements and can adapt from childhood to student years without major changes. By the window is a workspace with an adjustable desk and chair for long-term use.
Thanks to the custom design, the children’s room feels like one compact whole. The jungle theme appears on the wallpaper, green cabinets and upholstered bed designed specifically for the space.
Kids’ bathroom
The children’s bathroom includes a sink, bidet toilet, washer with dryer, and a shower with bathtub. The shower and bathtub are combined into a glazed wet zone that keeps water contained even during intensive use.
Workspace, recording studio and home gym
The guest room has a multifunctional use. Two workstations turn it into a study, while acoustic walls and ceiling create a studio. A cabinet for weights and equipment also allows the room to function as a home gym.
The home gym is hidden inside a cabinet with folding doors. It conceals workout equipment and a backlit mirror. Perforated doors improve acoustics and serve as a lighting element.
Separate toilet rooms
The apartment includes three toilets with heated seats, integrated bidets and warm-air dryers. One is part of the children’s bathroom, while the other two are in separate rooms.
Seamless technology integration
Smart technologies improve comfort and the quality of the living environment. Each component has its own technical requirements, and our goal was to integrate them so they remain functional yet visually hidden.
