Mirrored entry hall and hallway
The entrance hall leads the view toward the living area and the panorama beyond. Mirrored surfaces hide wardrobes and the toilet door, keeping them almost invisible. The space feels clean and airy.
Sliding glass doors separate the night zone from the living area. Wooden volumes divide the corridor from the rooms. When opened, open doors disappear and the interior feels unified. Sighting helps orientation at night.
Living area without storage
The living area includes a lounge and dining space. The kitchen and storage are hidden in a separate niche behind glass doors. The space is left with seating, a sculptural table and views of the city and river.
The living room includes a sofa, tables and a TV with speakers. Storage is hidden in the kitchen and wooden wall cladding of the corridor. It improves acoustics while also concealing cables and the sliding door pocket.
Art as lighting
A smart artwork is also integrated into the interior lighting. Colored light changes the atmosphere of the living area, while the piece remains a strong visual feature even when turned off.
Views all around
The apartment is surrounded by a loggia with city views. In the living area it becomes deeper, allowing full use. We added a rug, armchairs and an olive tree. Glazing protects it from wind and rain.
Dining area
The glass table with its sculptural base makes a strong statement while fitting naturally into the interior. Despite the glass top, the dining area feels soft thanks to the upholstered chairs and organic metal base.
Hidden kitchen niche
The kitchen is placed in a niche separated from the living area by sliding bronze glass doors. It feels refined yet remains fully functional. A mirror above the worktop creates the illusion of a window.
Honest materiality
Authentic materials create a natural first impression through their honest expression. Refined details appear in elements such as treated oak veneer or thick triple glazing with a fractured inner layer.
Bedroom
Wooden wardrobes with integrated sliding doors separate the bedroom from the corridor. When opened, the doors slide into the wardrobes and the space feels like one open whole.
The soft upholstered headboard contrasts with the poured floor and metal bedside tables. Smart home controls beside the bed allow control of the entire apartment.
Guest bedroom
The guest room includes a desk, sofa bed and storage. Black accents in the tables and ambient lighting stand out against the neutral background and give the space a calm atmosphere.
